The surprise isn't that there are some, but that there are enough to support a list. I had to split this list off from my main zombie list, because the porn filter reduces a lists visibility. So this list contains porn with zombies in them, as well as a couple of zombie films where the location is an adult movie set (yes there is more than one). Zombie porn - yes the dead get stiff and erect, then the shagging starts.
